Following her completion of a training and assessment qualification, she joined Health Training Australia. She has since delivered training in fields including disability, aged care, home and community care, first aid and medical terminology.

As Learning and Development Coordinator at the South Australian Learning Centre, Rosemary coordinates the Certificate III in Disability and the Certificate III in Aged Care, which has had enrolments of 220 students since Rosemary commenced in the role 18 months ago. Rosemary has made considerable changes to the facilitation of the training, enhancing students’ learning journeys through the inclusion of additional resources and field trips.
Rosemary has completed a Certificate IV in Aged Care, which allows her to support her students’ learning, and is working towards Diplomas in Training Design and Development and Vocational Education and Training.
