For 13 years, Belinda has nurtured students undertaking Illustration and Production Design qualifications at TAFE NSW’s Design Centre Enmore to deliver the skills, support and opportunities students need to achieve and succeed. She enjoys sharing her skills and industry connections, such as illustrator Reg Mombassa, and production designer on Game of Thrones, Deb Riley, with her students.

In 2017, Belinda was a major player on the VIVID project ‘Electric Forest’ and could be found supervising student installations in the Royal Botanic Gardens at 2am in order to meet the VIVID Opening deadline. She also supervises 150 students at their yearly costume and puppet show at the Enmore Theatre.

Belinda is a strategic and creative thinker who is highly organised. She is inclusive and supportive of colleagues and students. She leads by example and is highly regarded by students, peers, and management and industry stakeholders.

A member of the Work Health and Safety (WH&S) Committee, Belinda is actively engaged in maintaining and improving the adherence to and improvement of requirements and activities on site and in the workplace, where Belinda involves students in real world experiences.
