Danielle Dixon has experience working in some of Australia’s top restaurants, as well as in the Masterchef kitchen. She has excelled as a trainer at The Institute of Culinary Excellence (ICE) and was promoted to Executive Chef and Head of School in 2020. Through Danielle's initiative ICE transformed its teaching methods through the COVID-19 pandemic and migrated to online learning, saving countless apprenticeships and careers.
