The Assistant Minister for Vocational Education and Skills announces 2016 Australian Training Awards finalists!
Seventy eight of Australia’s vocational education and training finest have been announced as finalists for the 2016 Australian Training Awards.
Showcasing the national training system, the Australian Training Awards reward and recognise individuals, employers and registered training organisations demonstrating excellence in vocational education and training.
Assistant Minister for Vocational Education and Skills Karen Andrews said the Australian Government was proud to support the awards and congratulated all finalists.
“These peak, national awards recognise our best and brightest students, businesses and
registered training organisations for their contribution to skilling Australia.
“While we are recognising our highest achievers, there are thousands of success stories
every year through our vocational education and training sector as Australians
gain the skills industry is looking for to secure the jobs of the future,” Minister
Andrews said.
