TNT is one of the world’s largest express delivery companies. In Australia, TNT has 4300 employees and has been committed to providing Australian Apprenticeships since 1998. TNT currently employs nearly 100 apprentices and trainees around the country.

TNT has implemented a range of programmes to attract and support employees, including the new GenR8 programme. Through GenR8, TNT is working with a range of partners to deliver strong employment outcomes for Year 12 students, with a number of graduates securing a Certificate III in Warehousing traineeship with the Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE. GenR8 is being expanded to TNT sites in Queensland.

More than 40 employees across Australia recently completed the Certificate IV in Frontline Management, providing TNT with an increased number of employees able to lead and influence workers.
