Bradley Malby commenced his traineeship with the Northern Territory Government’s Department of Corporate and Information Services, following his enrolment in a Certificate III in Business Administration at Charles Darwin University. Within only a few months he was receiving higher duties allowance and had been promoted within a year.

Bradley has been involved in a range of workplace activities since commencing his traineeship, including setting up and overseeing his department’s flu vaccination programme, and providing secretariat assistance and policy and procedural reviews for the department’s Work Health and Safety Advisory Service. He has assisted displaced employees with the preparation of resumes and has seen some of these employees go on to be successfully placed in new roles, which he found very satisfying.

Bradley has lived in Darwin his whole life. He has represented the Territory in judo and has coached the junior members of his club.
