Aimee Williams’ Year 12 physical education teacher inspired and encouraged her studies in sport, recreation and fitness. Aimee then worked in administration for two years but did not find her work satisfying. She decided to pursue further studies in the fitness industry, enrolling in a Certificate III in Fitness at Charles Darwin University. Studying as an external student while working in the fitness industry, Aimee enjoyed her studies so much that she has since completed two Certificate IV qualifications.

Aimee runs her own personal training business and is involved in the Australian Naval Cadets. Her role with Compass Group sees her providing exercise programmes and nutrition advice, as well as running group fitness classes. Further to this, she has worked to develop sporting activities and games for intellectually and physically disabled youth.
Keen to provide training and support to others with an interest in fitness, Aimee hopes to complete a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
