In 2020, William Angliss Institute marked its 80th year of providing education and training excellence in foods, tourism, hospitality and events. What had been planned as a year of celebration, became a year of change due to COVID-19. The pandemic highlighted the sustainability and resilience of the Institute to lead from the front. The Institute demonstrated delivery excellence in training and support services for students, partners and employees, no matter what challenges it faced, because it was ready and prepared to respond.
