After commencing a Carpentry apprenticeship as a school leaver, Sophie knew this was the profession for her. Sophie believes that having a can-do positive attitude, coupled with a willing to give anything a crack, continues to grow her success. She believes learning and development is vital to success in her industry and she publicly supports apprenticeship programs. Sophie now assists and mentors aspiring carpenters - guiding them through the complexities of training and balancing work life, especially after leaving school.
