Samantha Brown chose Nursing as a career path but the thought of having to study at university for was daunting, having changed careers from a conveyancer. She made the decision to test the waters by completing a Certificate III in Individual and ageing support, moving on to a Diploma of Nursing. “The Traineeship model was a perfect fit, as I learn best with hands on experience. The opportunity to work within the field while studying was a major draw card.”
