Komatsu provides essential equipment, technologies and services to the construction and mining industry. Komatsu’s Apprentice Development System program uses VET to create and maintain a skilled workforce. In addition to the on-the-job and theoretical training provided, apprentices and trainees learn about mental health awareness, road safety and fatigue management, and drug and alcohol awareness.
