All the team, from management, pharmacist, dispensary technician, professional and sales teams continually update their skills to remain on top of current practices.

When trainees are inducted, they learn the more knowledge they gain, the more help they will be to their customers. This results in customers being confident to return to the pharmacy to seek out further help and advice when they need it.

The senior non-pharmacist staff have all progressed from junior pharmacy assistant trainees undertaking diplomas in business, human resources, retail management, and training or assessor courses.

Structured traineeships give the team the skills to provide excellent service, preventative health solutions, or simply a listening ear to its customers during difficult times.
