Its comprehensive training programs ensure employees are fully equipped for short or long term careers within Crown.

As well as its typical selection of courses, Crown Perth delivers unique and tailored training programs for diverse learners and audiences. This includes the design of a Certificate III in Mentoring to assist Indigenous employees to mentor new colleagues. Another unique course offered is Conversational Vietnamese, which helps employees to converse with Vietnamese customers.

Crown Perth also delivers a variety of non-accredited training that has provided many of its employees with skills and knowledge that has ignited them to go on to complete accredited courses.
