With a deep passion for the arts, Courtney began a traineeship as an administration assistant with the Adelaide Fringe in 2021, giving her a clear career pathway to connect with her interests and aspirations. 

After high school, Courtney’s Nan empowered and encouraged her to continue her education, despite a 3-year gap in the workforce. Her Nan's unwavering support and belief in Courtney’s abilities ignited a determination to explore further educational opportunities—and this led her to a fulfilling career in South Australia’s thriving arts sector. 

Motivated by her dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion, Courtney transitioned into the role of Diversity and Inclusion Administrator at Adelaide Fringe. In this position, she actively engages in conversations about career pathways, emphasising the transformative impact of traineeships and alternative education pathways.  

Courtney strives to be a mentor and a source of support for other trainees, recognising the invaluable role that mentorship plays in empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her future aspirations centre around making a positive impact on her community.
