Caraline, or Dotty as she is known, is from the remote community of Maningrida in West Arnhem Land, 520km east of Darwin. After moving to Darwin and graduating from school, Dotty started her training journey through a traineeship, completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. When a role at Outback Stores became available, Dotty continued her training journey by completing Certificate IV in Retail Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Currently completing a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, Dotty believes she wouldn’t be where she is today without the skills, knowledge and confidence training has given her.
