Gabriella graduated from university with a psychology degree, but found applying for jobs in her field unfulfilling and soon enrolled in a Certificate IV in Patisserie at TAFE NSW. “I decided to start again and build a career doing something I love,” says Gabriella. “I knew I was on the right track when I explored how to become a pastry chef. I was excited and looking forward to the future.”
