From their humble beginnings as a stall at Parklea Markets over 30 years ago, Fantastic Furniture is one of Australia's largest furniture manufacturers and retailers, with more than 1000 staff.

The company offers accredited and non-accredited programs specifically designed for its needs. A Certificate III in Retail is delivered through in-store coaching, workplace practice and its eLearning platform, ’the Learning Lounge’.  To date, 275 staff have completed the qualification.

Fantastic Furniture’s retail area and store leaders actively seek talent for promotion through the ACE emerging leaders program. Participants customise the program by setting their own project objectives and aligning them to practical business outcomes. This program is highly impactful for career development with 119 of the 157 ACE leadership participants still employed in the business.
