From the moment she was knee high and could utter the word ‘vet’, Heidi Rasmussen knew it was the only career for her. Work placement in a veterinary clinic fuelled her determination to pursue formal qualifications and she began an Australian School-based Apprenticeship through GForce Solutions while in Year 11.

Heidi attained the highest level of achievement for a number of Year 11 subjects and was Trainee of the Year from The Gordon.

Heidi is excited about what the future holds. She plans to continue working toward the goal of being a veterinarian by doing a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and then on to university to do a degree in Veterinary Science.
