The company designs its employee training programs with the Territory’s conditions in mind. It continuously builds employee skill sets to ensure exceptional service delivery while supporting employee satisfaction.

Each employee undertakes around one and a half hours of training per month, not including continuous online, informal and on-the-job training. Across any given month, 98 per cent of the NEC workforce is in some form of training.

NEC has an average attrition rate of less than one per cent each year.
