Elise recently completed a Certificate III in Business, managed by Work & Training.

Her host business was the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) supervised by the Business Administration Coordinator. Throughout her traineeship, Elise felt strongly supported and mentored by Work and Training staff.

Elise firmly believes that completing a traineeship has fully equipped her to undertake a broader range of roles and she credits the support given by Work & Training and the DHHS throughout her traineeship as a key component of her success.

Elise found the opportunities and support offered throughout her training was vital to securing her current employment with the Tasmanian Government in the Department of Education, a job she is proud of and loves.
