The nation’s best students, businesses and registered training organisations have celebrated vocational education and training in Darwin on Thursday 17 November.

Special mention goes to the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, Mr Douglas Wright AM.

Mr Wright has been a keen advocate and leader in Australia’s VET sector for many decades, playing an active role in introducing major improvements and changes to the training system at both the national and state levels.
