Certificate III in Business

With a passion for volunteering and community, Adam Hungerford chose an Australian School-based Apprenticeship to gain the necessary skills for his career aspirations in youth work or humanitarian services. A Certificate III in Business challenged him to extend his skills and develop his ability to communicate in diverse situations, a skill he has transferred to other aspects of his schooling and community work.

The business, communication and leadership skills Adam gained from his traineeship have given him the confidence to establish and run Christmas Plum Pudding, a charity raising funds for a small Cambodian school. This successful business venture reflects the strength of Adam’s skills training and the value in establishing a career pathway while still at school.

Adam has also completed a Certificate II in Workplace Practices and a Certificate I in Information Digital Media Technology. An advocate of continuing education, he is now undertaking a Certificate III in Rural Operations and a Certificate I in Furnishing.
