Certificate II in Business Services 

Completing a Certificate II in Business Services with the National Australia Bank, Tyrone Pynor sees his Australian School-based Apprenticeship as an opportunity to gain the skills to make real decisions about his choice of career path.

As a team member at NAB’s Merrylands branch, Tyrone has gained experience in all aspects of banking services, including understanding of financial products and services and the value of effective communication in the workplace when dealing with customers, colleagues and managers. His training has provided opportunities to develop his communication, problem solving and time-management skills, helping him balance his training, work and school commitments effectively.

Undertaking his Australian School-based Apprenticeship has given Tyrone practical experience of professional expectations, confidence and the chance to demonstrate his leadership skills. He has impressed his supervisors with his attention to detail, approachability to customers and staff, and commitment to excellence. Looking ahead, Tyrone declared his future has never looked brighter.
