Certificate III in Business

As a young mother seeking an administration position, Neda Aleksic found her lack of experience and qualifications challenging. Accepting the offer of a traineeship with BCA National allowed her to undertake a Certificate III in Business and gain a full time office administration role with her host employer.

In late 2015 Neda completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and thanks to both her qualifications is now working in the more advanced role of Training Coordinator. This position requires her to support staff who are completing qualifications and assist with training administration including hosting orientation sessions for incoming students.

Neda believes her training and work experience with BCA National have given her the confidence and knowledge to contribute as part of a team and take an active role in the day-to-day operations of the company. To support her work role, she now plans to undertake a Certificate IV in Mental Health.
