CHARLTON BROWN® is a registered training organisation specialising in community services. It provides programs across early childhood education, aged care, home and community care, disability, youth work, welfare and youth justice. Annually, it enrols almost 2000 students, with approximately 12 per cent from international backgrounds.

A further 132 students are enrolled through transnational educational partnerships in Sri Lanka, Indonesia and the Philippines.

CHARLTON BROWN® provides local and international internships to its students to ensure they are work ready upon graduation. Its complimentary safety programs teach over and above the requirements of the training package ensuring its graduates stand out from the crowd.

Study tours are arranged by CHARLTON BROWN® for potential international students, allowing them to stay with a local family whilst studying and experiencing the local culture. It also runs a working holiday program, which gives international students the opportunity to work and study around Australia and provides language support and placement opportunities in local community services facilities.
