Training is a vital element of TRAKKA’s continued success, and more than 120 Australian Apprentices have completed their training at the company.

Training is a vital element of TRAKKA’s continued success, and more than 120 Australian Apprentices have completed their training at the company.
TRAKKA works with employees to identify the training needs of each before facilitating necessary training through a range of partners. Each month, employees spend a combined average of 700 hours in on and off the job training. Training is provided in a range of nationally recognised qualifications, including Certificate II and Certificate III RV Manufacture and Automotive Manufacture courses. Specific training requirements can be met through classroom, mentor or web-based training.
All employees are encouraged to attend industry conferences and seminars and to share their learning with colleagues upon return.
