Jnaallii Penrith is a mother of two and prides herself on being self-reliant and resilient. After having her first child at age 16, Jnaallii would not be stopped in forging a successful career path and chose vocational education and training to help her achieve her goals.

Jnaallii Penrith is a mother of two and prides herself on being self-reliant and resilient. After having her first child at age 16, Jnaallii would not be stopped in forging a successful career path and chose vocational education and training to help her achieve her goals.

After successfully completing her VCE, 24 year old Jnaallii undertook a Diploma of Business at Melbourne Polytechnic. The course strengthened her knowledge of what was required for working in business and administrative positions, and the business sector in general.

After completing the course, Jnaallii gained employment as an Executive Assistant at the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service. Committed to learning, Jnaallii is now undertaking a Diploma of Governance and a Diploma of Management.

In 2014, Jnaallii won Melbourne Polytechnic’s Indigenous Student of the Year Award. She is a passionate advocate for Indigenous rights and is a member on the boards of two Aboriginal corporations.
